I woke up at 5:30 yesterday and flew down to Vegas. The "interview" lasted three hours.
I felt really good about it until I actually met with the manager. I don't think we would jive well. Not that he's a bad manager, just that he wouldn't be a great fit for me.
So I won't be pursuing the Vegas gig any further.

I've decided to go to Hawaii for my birthday this year.
Oahu and Maui.
I'll be looking into condo rentals rather than hotels.
I'd like to stay for about a week.
I would love for you to join me.

There are a lot of good places around Laie for good prices, but it's kind of far from Honolulu.
My roommate is from Laie! She'll be there in October.
