A couple of weeks ago I paid some guy $25 to fix a rock chip (from a bird) in my windshield. It didn't completely come out though. Are you supposed to still be able to see it? Right after that, I got two more chips. TWO MORE. And I passed some place that said they do it for $19.95 so I know where to spend the next forty bucks now.
About a month or so ago I paid a piano tuner $234 to fix my piano. He hasn't cashed the check. But he did cash one I gave him a week later for installing pedals. I think he lost it. Should I offer to write another one?
I'm trying something new with my laundry tonight. I'm washing my nylons in the washing machine. I don't have a laundry bag but I tied them up in a pillowcase. We will see how it turns out.
Pretty much Laura is right, this weather stinks. It has been rainy and gloomy for waaaaaaaaay too long and it is driving me NUTS. Literally.
I've decided that my first dance at my wedding will be La Vie En Rose sung by Sophie Milman. She's so good. Don't you think?

If you tells you he lost the check, then be sure to stop payment on it before giving him a new one. It's possible he did cash it and your bank is dragging its feet, though.
Yeah, I used to get nailed with rocks all the time in Idaho.
I am sorry to hear this weather has been dampening the days in Utah as well. Luckily it has been sunny for a few days!
Good luck with your windshield!
How biblical.
