What if one day you met your soul mate but they had a big hairy mole right in the center of their forehead? And they refused to get it removed?
Just food for thought.
My mother is right, I do complain about my work a lot. But it's also good. I like my coworkers. And today this one associate (you know... the one that will not be quiet!) went around saying goodbye to everyone since she got herself a job... all by herself! I barely had to help! It was great! She gets benefits after ninety days!
Another associate today told me (through a translator) "You're a good boss." Aww. Doesn't that just warm your little heart? She didn't even qualify it. Like two days ago one of my associates' mentors told me over the phone, "Yeah she (the associate) said to me (the mentor) 'She's really young, but I think she really cares about me.'" Hahah.
And then one of my coworkers told me that this OTHER associate (the drunk one) told her "Elizabeth and I don't really get along that well." I had no idea. Oh well. Can't win 'em all!

Read "Marry Him: the Case for Settling for Mr. Good Enough" then ask the first question again.
I'm glad there are some good things about your work!
I'm sure most of the associates appreciate you, even if they don't mention it.
Glad you've had some positive feedback. :) Your job doesn't sound easy, but I think you are doing great.
