One for the goldfish tank, one for the betta tank. I think the betta really wanted to eat its snail. It's missing most of one antenna feeler thingy and most of the other one. So I put that one in the goldfish tank as well.
So now, in a 10 gallon tank (PETA is going to come find me for this, I swear), I have one common goldfish, a black moor, and two mystery snails.
Let me tell you what, there is a lot of poop in this tank.

Just like babies, aren't they? One changes diapers, and immediately they need to be changed again. And so it is with the tank water.
we should just bring the kids to your place the next time they want to visit the zoo or an aquarium. it sounds like you are building up quite a collection. :)
We bought a plant for our beta fish and found out there were a couple of snails in it. Our beta never touched them and they ended up having babies. Some of the babies became fish food, but between the plant and the snails, that fish tank (a pitcher, really) became a lot lower maintenance than it was originally.
Good luck!
lol Jenny. I think Beta's are famous for eating other things. Or maybe that's goldfish... I don't know.
