You should get a job in and move to Washington DC. I hear there is a huge LDS singles community out there.
I wouldn't put too much weight on #2 and #3. It's a really bad economy right now. If you're going to spend the rest of your life with someone, who cares if they took a few years in their 20's to get their career going.
