I do believe I have become a bit more introverted over the last year (or is it two now?.... one and a half almost).
Thank you all for agreeing with me that the Cracker Whack game was... whack. Ahahahah. Just kidding. But seriously. I did feel a bit odd when everyone else was enjoying themselves and I was the only one standing there awkwardly clutching a rolled up newspaper. I promise, I really was trying to get into it. I had even unfolded my newspaper and rolled it extra long so as to secure maximum whack-age. I just couldn't bring myself to get near anyone's private parts, thankyouverymuch.
I realized today that I am not bothered by the fact that I did not want to play the game. Sure, it would have made me a few friends in this new ward. But I already have friends. They are few, many of them having left Provo over the last couple of years. I'm able to keep in touch with those ones. And the ones that are still here... they are QUALITY. I love 'em. They keep me fulfilled.
Anyway. That was kind of borderline sappy. Sorry about that.
So I want to be at work in twelve hours.
I need at least an hour and a half to get ready and eat breakfast after waking up. AND I need to make two pies for a birthday thing at work tomorrow before I go to bed tonight.
Two and a half hours left in my day then.
Ciao ciao.

I think your reason for the pies is thoughtful and sweet.
I think because you are probably too old/mature to play that game lol. Good luck with the yummy pies!
Good thing we're so similar. I refuse to play dumb FHE games now. There's no point in them. My roommates and I are going to do finger painting when it's our turn to pick the activity. That's a whole lot better than "the sock game" - our group's activity of choice two weeks ago. Also involving reaching towards each other's crotches. AWKWARD.
How did the party go??
