George Banks is saying NO!

I woke up bright and early on Saturday to finish cleaning my condo before my manager got there at 10 AM to check it and give me my deposit back.

Naturally, he never showed up.

Half an hour later I get a text:
"Im at work right now sorry I couldn't pick up. After work I will swing by the apartment and look at it."

Now, two days earlier, on Thursday, he told me he would be by at ten. You cannot honestly tell me that you can't remember your work schedule two days in advance.

I did not believe for one second that he would check it out after his work ended (whenever that was... if he actually WAS at work!) so after more attempts to get in touch with him by phone, I threatened to take him to court over my deposit refund.

You may think that sounds extreme. And you're right. Because this guy is the worst manager I have ever had. And I have moved twelve times since I got to Provo. I've had a lot of bad managers.

I am TIRED of getting ripped off and shoved aside by apartment managers!

He finally got back to me today and said he would leave the check for me on my bedroom desk tomorrow afternoon. I reminded him that if it's not there I am going to court. Let's see if he follows through.
