Thank you all for your comments on the last post! You are right. I will have to save up for a potential living state excursion to be taken in the not-so-distant future. And because someone else recommended Oklahoma to me today, that state is also in the running! Additionally, I will look at grad schools in those moments when I find myself with the courage to do so.
My main beef with my undergrad schooling was that it sucked up all of my free time and left next to no time for life. I had hobbies when I was younger that simply got swept under the rug in the name of a Bachelor of Science.
Including.... READING! So since I am not currently in school, I went to the library and got a card tonight! The Provo library's shelves are a bit bare. I didn't see a whole lot of books I would be interested in reading. The three that I asked for, Omnivore's Dilemma, In Defense of Food, and Crucial Conversations, were all checked out with holds.
I ended up getting Tom Clancy's Red Storm Rising and The Cardinal of the Kremlin, Stephen King's The Tommyknockers, Dean Koontz's Midnight, and John Grisham's A Time to Kill. Yes, I did have a boy with me.
I suppose I could have been more in tune with my feminine side but all that was targeted towards me were things like Hollywood Wives of the New Generation and trashy romance novels.
I am going to start on the John Grisham tonight.

good choices
Reading is one of my favorite pastimes. The only problem is that when I get into a good book all I do is read. That doesn't work out so well with Ella. :) Enjoy your books!
oh, and I hear the Zookeepers Wife is a good one. I just started it. It has to do with World War II
I would like to call these people that are recommending Oklahoma! I lived there, it's kind of dead after the oil bust.
"Do you have the latest John Grisham thriller?"
