oh boy

Okay, now that everything is official and I am out of this contract and into a new one, can I just tell you how frustrated I've been with this manager I have? AGH!

I move in and there is no internet, cable, TV, vacuum or parking passes AND the kitchen is totally disgusting and dirty. All of which is in breach of contract. I only started getting contracted amenities a couple of weeks ago and he still didn't make good on everything.

Totally impossible to get a hold of, I had to start leaving letters at his apartment. But it's okay. Today I caught him on his way to his car (no, I was not stalking him, I called ahead and told him I was coming and am pretty sure he was trying to get away before I got there) and had him sign off that I was no longer under contract with him.

Then I went and signed for a new place in a duplex. Not BYU approved. You know what that means. Lots of hot grad students in this ward. Yeah baby.

Anyway, glad that's all taken care of.

Oh, and also my electricity check never got delivered to the utility providers so the account was past due as of today. Thanks again, Provo USPS. You stink.
