So, I really hate doing laundry and I am definitely not looking forward to the day when I have to do it for a whole family. Bleh.

Does anyone know anything about living in the North Las Vegas area?

I enjoyed the feeling of accomplishment when all the laundry was cleaned, folded and laid on your beds to be put away. The dirty clothes hamper was empty... you children had clean clothes to last for a week.
It was a wonderful feeling. And it lasted for about 48 hours, when I began to see that the clean, still folded clothes had been dumped back into the dirty clothes hamper, rather than being put away.

I don't know what it's like anymore in No. LV. When I lived in Vegas, North LV wasn't desirable, but the parents of a good friend of mine live there now and they love it. It's developed quite nicely from what I understand.

Oh, and try one load a day when you've got a family's laundry you're in charge of. It's always helped me.

Speaking as a Nevadan: North Las Vegas is where the all the missionaries around here get their pictures of Black JC. It's a little scary. However, there are new developements north of North Las Vegas and they are pretty nice.
